2X Global invites proposals from qualified service providers to deliver Technical Assistance under the 2X Ignite TA Facility, funded by KfW. The TA Facility supports female-led or gender-balanced fund managers through bespoke technical assistance and capacity building, backed by the 2X Ignite Africa Warehousing Facility—a catalytic initiative addressing the underrepresentation of women in private equity and venture capital. Currently active in Africa and expanding to Asia, the TA Facility aims to strengthen fund management capabilities, ESG performance, and other key operational areas. Service providers may offer individual services or bundled shared services aligned with fund managers’ specific needs.
Service providers may indicate their regional focus and capabilities in one or both regions in the proposal. Proposals are due by 23 June 2025 BST.

We’re looking for a mission-aligned and highly motivated Fundraising & Partnership Lead, whose core focus will be establishing, cultivating and supporting long-term partnerships with existing and new funders and partners who share our vision to unlock gender-smart capital at scale.

The Fundraising & Partnership Lead will have a significant background in partnership management and business development, pitching for support, and writing fundraising proposals.
